Buyer reviewPhong Lam was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I reached out to him on June 28, 2024 to start on the paperwork and was able to close on a house on July 15. We were able to do settlement early because Phong submitted everything in a timely manner. He worked late to complete all the paperwork and made sure all the participants did their part to expedite the transaction.
