Seller reviewI have found Phong on the Internet a couple of years ago and saw many positive reviews, so I wanted to reach out to see what Phong can do for me. Unfortunately, I listed the property with another Agent that I was acquainted with at the time and wasted an entire year with very little showings, no results and no offers. Lots of wasted mortgage payments while the property sat on the market. Fast forward a year later, I have reached back out to Phong again and he right away went on with his marketing game plan and what he can do for me. He came out to take his photos and told me that the property will be up in a couple of days after he edits the pictures. Phong posted the property right before the weekend and numerous showings came through! He got us a Full Price offer in less than a week! Unbelievable! I wished that I had just went with Phong a year ago and I wouldn't have wasted my time and money on mortgage payments for all those months. Phong had very well exceeded my expectation and if you're looking for an agent who can get the job done, you definitely want to reach out to him! I will definitely refer him to anyone that I know in the future! Thank you for your assistance!

Seller reviewI have a Buyer's Agent who I have been using for a few of my properties and one of my very close friends just recently referred me over to Phong Lam. My friend highly recommended Phong because he helped her sold one of her properties very fast and I was considering to sell off my property. My friend listed a couple of years ago with the Buyer's Agent who I have been using before Phong, but had no success with the sale of her property. Phong is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me his marketing strategies and the spreadsheet that he created to let me know upfront approximately how much I'll be walking out with at different price points of the sale. Everything is laid out transparently. He definitely guided me the right way and look out for my interest because there are a few times that I was trying to lower my price quickly and aggressively, but with his knowledge and experience have advised me not to do so. I am very glad that I had listened to his advice and Phong helped secure an over asking offer price after just a slight price reduction was made! I was very pleased with the service that Phong and his company had provided! I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their property to give Phong a call! Keep up the good work!

Buyer reviewI was referred to Phong Lam from Century 21 from my cousin who had previously purchased a home through him a few years ago and she had highly recommended him. I can see why she was speaking very highly of him. Phong had exceeded my expectations and went the extra mile of helping me translate throughout the entire process (even the mortgage process & terms) because I have a language barrier and he had made the entire process very easy to understand! I had elected not do a final walkthrough the day before settlement, but Phong had insisted on going regardless and had gone above & beyond to FaceTime me the final walkthrough! During the walkthrough, he encountered water leak all over the heater system & immediately notified the Listing Agent of this incident that we had not encountered before & there were still a bunch of things left inside the house that should be cleaned out. Phong worked it out with the Listing Agent and we pushed back settlement a few days until these issues were resolved. Seller was able to get the Sewer Pipe replaced in a quick amount of time and contractor cleaned out all of the left over things inside the house. I am very grateful that Phong had insisted to go to the final walkthrough in my absence & these issues were caught before it became out problem after settlement. Phong is definitely a great asset to Century 21 and I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs an agent who goes above & beyond! Thank you for everything, Phong!
