Buyer reviewPhong Lam did it again! This is my 3rd transaction that I've closed within a month from obtaining the first lot! It started with 1 lot, which Phong helped me to get it under-contract. Then within a week from that, an Agent contacted Phong to see if I wanted to take the other lot directly next door. Phong quickly made me aware as he learned about it and helped negotiated a good price on it for me as well! Within 2 weeks from all of this, an Agent from Phong's office was going to list a double size lots just a few doors down from both of the lots that I got under-contract with. Once again, Phong negotiated a good price similar to my other 2 lots as well. So now I've gotten 4 large lots on the same street thanks to Phong for moving quickly on these transactions for me! Not to mention, Amazon's Big warehouse has already broken grounds close to this area that they are going to construct their warehouse! If you're looking for an agent who works extremely fast and represent you wholeheartedly, I highly recommend Phong and his company! Fast, trustworthy and always available when I have any questions. Keep up the good work!

Settlement company was able to just do a Remote Closing via DocuSign on Settlement day and it couldn't be any easier! Couple of pages signed in under a few seconds and that was it for Closing! Highly recommend Phong & his Century 21's Title Company for making everything so easy & convenient for my transactions! Thank you everyone!

Buyer reviewI was glad that my friend referred Phong Lam over to me. I was going to pay premium dollar for an empty lot, but Phong negotiated on my behalf to get the price down a bit to help me save. Afterward we settled on this lot, Agents were contacting Phong to see if I would like to purchase other empty ones on the street which Phong had sold & we got 3 more lots under-contract on the same street within 1-2 weeks from the close of this one. Good job! I highly recommend Phong to anyone who's looking to buy or sell if you want someone who's looking out for your best interest. Keep up the good work!

His genuine help made me save up his number Incase if I needed him for the future. Then the time came and I reached out to him when I decided to sale the property. He came and visited my property and recommended the things I have to fix up before putting the house on the market. Phong Liam is one of the most reliable, geniune, helping, hard working and professional sales agent I have ever met. He fought and had the appraiser increase the house value by $10,000. He was always available to answer my questions. If it wasn't for Phong I highly doubt that the house would be sold in such a timely fashion.
