Buyer reviewBeing a first home buyer, I was fortunate to have Randy because he has good qualiities as a person in addition to being a professional agrent. - For an enire year, I kept bouncing between burying or renting, a house or condo, staying local or not. Randy always had my best interest in mind and analyzed the reality in detail. - I once was fraustrated and wanted to buy a cheap house so I could settled. Randy kindly reminded me if it is good for my young children. Later I wanted to buy another property but Randy again disagreed with my choice. It has been proved he was accurate about his advice. - Randy referred me a trustworthy roofer and few contractors after I closed the house. He continues offering assistances and even reminded me to purchase appliance during the biggest promotion period. People say the skill for selling and buying is critical, but a good agent is actually the one like Randy, who looks out for clients' benefit instead of his own. Thank you for all you do, Randy!
