Raquel Zambrana-Ramirez is Phenomenal! I have been talking about purchasing a home for years, however, I wasn't sure if this dream would ever become a reality in the Bay Area as the market continues to go up and up. Raquel made that dream reality. I couldn't have picked a better Agent. Raquel literally held my hand through this process. I gave her a list of things I wanted in a home and she found them for me. She made sure I understood what was happening. At one point I was questioning my decision and Raquel listened to my concerns as a friend and did not pressure me as a salesperson to move forward. Closing the deal was delayed due to an unforeseen request from the underwriter Raquel handled this situation with grace and confidence she gave me the reassurance that it would all work out and she went above and beyond making sure it did. At the end of the day, I end up with a home that had all the things I asked for. I am so grateful Raquel and all of her time and energy spent in making my dream of owning a home in the Bay Area a reality. I couldn't have done this without her!

I appreciated how she was very considerate, always kept me updated as to where we were in the process, thoroughly answered questions and was wonderful in coordinating "shows" of my home with my schedule since I was still living there at the time. After having a short interaction with a previous agent who was less than interested in our home buying journey, it was a complete 180 to have been represented by Raquel. I really felt she had our best interest at heart the whole step of the way. Raquel went above and beyond in our search for our home. She was always on top of any home that was of of interest, her communication was amazing and I really felt she understood exactly what we were looking for. If it was not for Raquel, we would still be looking for a home. We had a very stressful circumstance come up very close to closing on our house on the seller's side, and although it was a super emotional and stressful situation she handled it with complete grace and professionalism.
