Buyer reviewRebecca came highly recommended from a realtor that I worked with in Manchester, Tennessee. Upon our first conversation, I knew that Rebecca was the one I wanted to help me find my sister a new home. My sister and I went to Cherokee Village, Arkansas to meet Rebecca and see a house that we had found. That house was not what my sister needed. However, Rebecca told us she had a house that she wanted us to look at. She said it is perfect for my sister's needs. We went and looked at the house that Rebecca had found for my sister. After looking at the house, I told her she was very smart and insightful woman. It was perfect and exactly what my sister wanted. The next day we made an offer. The process went smooth and fast, like it was meant to be. Rebecca is sincere, genuine, trustworthy, and knows her business! She cares deeply about her clients! Rebecca was a Godsend for us! We are so grateful!

During the buying process, she educated us on many factors to consider when putting in an offer on a home and what to check for/request the seller to include in the purchase agreement. She is also very knowledgeable of contacts in the area to help with inspections/surveys/etc. Even when a personal vacation conflicted with our closing date, Rebecca made our closing seamless and even checked in on us when she was out of the country! If you want someone who is working FOR you, Rebecca is your realtor. We highly reccommend her!
