Seller reviewSelling my home was no easy task in today's tough market, and on top of that, I had the added complication of selling as a foreigner and dealing with FIRPTA. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming process was made so much smoother thanks to Rebekah. Her communication was exceptional-she was always quick to respond to my questions which was important as we worked through the complexities as a foreigner seller. The house sat on the market longer than expected, but she never slowed down. She put in the work, hosting open houses, following up with potential buyers, and always keeping my best interests front and center. I never once felt pressured. She guided me through the curveballs with professionalism, patience, and confidence. In the end, I was very happy with the sale, and I know it was because of her hard work and dedication. I couldn't recommend Rebekah more highly.
