Seller reviewSince the first time I worked with Regina I was impressed with her Motivation, Professionalism and her ability to associate with what the potential buyer is looking for. Just wanted to take a second to reflect on the question regarding how long it took to sell the house. I answered 8 to 12 weeks, but Regina had potential buyer in about 4 days that fell through,to no fault of hers, buyer was looking for more land, and Regina still didn't give up on exploring other options with me. then about 10 days into listing started the negotiation with the actual buyer with a contract within about 12 days of the listing. Very good job with the negotiation. Very pleased Never questioned her ability! Regina has always done a great job for me! I have recommended Century 21/Regina Piland numerous times in the past and will continue to do so. Very satisfied!

She was very helpful with teaching me how home buying worked and what things to look out for when looking for a home. She made sure we understood everything before making an offer , signing papers or even getting our electricity turned on.
