Born and raised in the Nature Coast of Florida, Rena brings with her experience in both the mortgage side as well as the buying /selling side of Real Estate for the past thirty years. As a mortgage lender, she has helped hundreds of homebuyers in Citrus/Hernando/Marion Counties and has used those same skills to assist homebuyers and sellers as a trusted Realtor. Rena and her husband, Charles, have four children together , with three of them attending college and the youngest in middle school. We are very active in our community, with both Little League as well as soccer, having coached, umpired, and put together several fundraisers. We enjoy taking full advantage of the beautiful waters throughout our community, whether taking the boat out in the Gulf, the many lakes, as well as the beautiful rivers that the Nature Coast possesses.

Buyer reviewRena was very patient with us we had just retired and we sold our home very quickly and we found out that proof of income was extremely difficult and Rena was patient and stayed in contact until we had what the lender was in need of and she took us to see as many homes as we wanted and any where we liked even as far as 30 minutes away and worked with us through out the entire process of purchasing our home she even attended our closing to ensure that we didn't have any questions . I would definitely recommend Rena she has vast knowledge of the area she will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your new home purchase.

Seller reviewRena had helped me buy two properties previously and the purchases went so smoothly that I would never have considered asking someone else to help me sell one. She understood that I am an anxious fellow so she was always willing to answer questions that I am sure were occasionally annoying. The selling price that she suggested was thousands higher than I would have expected but she knew the local market and correctly anticipated the demand. She had the property under contract so quickly that we never bothered to put up a "for sale" sign. If I could summarize my experience in one word it would be "EZ".
