Would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to buy or sell property. A top notch professional in every sense of the word. I feel lucky to have had her as my agent.........REALLY! Difficult property to sell under difficult times.......managed to do so by following her recommendations to the letter which reinforces my belief that she is excellent at her job. She knows what she's doing..........what's important and what's not. When you deal with a professional in any area of expertise, you have certain expectations. Sometimes they are met; sometimes they are not. In Renae's case, my respect for her grew and grew as time went by trying to sell my vacation property. She knew what to do (to make the property more appealing for example) and when to do it. She knew how to price the property to result in a sale and gave accurate advice on which offers were good and which were not, all the while taking into consideration what I wanted and needed in this instance. She was fantastic........can't recommend her highly enough.........no kidding!!
