We ran into a few issues that could have delayed the process but she was always there to re-assure us, guide us, provide recommendations and promptly handle all issues. She made what could have been an extremely difficult and frustrating situation much smoother. She has the perfect amount of professionalism and a personable demeanor that made it a great experience. Little things like, remembering our daughters birthday. It also felt like she was very in tune with what we wanted. We feel like the search was exhaustive and we found the perfect home. Buyer reviewI am a first time home buyer and have been so happy with Renee through the entire process. I first approached her last winter, but the home we looked at wasn't for me. We spoke about what I was looking for and she was very patient with all of my "must haves". A Townhouse finally appeared on the market and even though we were looking at condos she sent it my way. It was perfect! Even during the closing process, Renee always steered me right. The inspector she recommended was great and made me feel like I was not entering into anything blind. Also, as a previous smokers home, she recommended a deodorizing company to get rid of the smell. I am incredibly happy in my new home, and will always recommend Renee to my friends and family.
