I am a full-time real estate agent at Century 21 Affiliated who services Rochester MN, La Crosse WI and surrounding areas. I have been in the real estate business since 2004 and I have been a licensed Realtor since 2010 specializing in single-family homes, multi-dwellings, new construction, relocation, & bank-owned homes. I enjoy working with buyers, sellers, and investors. I can truly say I love what I do. Creating new friendships and relationships from doing what I love is just icing on the cake. Buyer reviewThroughout the entire home buying process Renee made me feel like a priority and treated me as if I was a friend, not a client. Her patience and positivity really helped me keep hope through the battle of finding a home, even when she had to deliver the bad news of offers not being accepted. She went above and beyond the duties of just finding a house for me. She used her personal time to call all sorts of tradesmen to get quotes and set up appointments knowing that I was busy at work myself. Buying a home was stressful but Renee does such a great job that she really takes a huge burden off my shoulders and I couldn't imagine doing it without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking to buy/sell a home. Renee is very easy to talk to, is on top of her game, and makes sure that the house buying process keeps moving on as scheduled. Her knowledge and connections from working in the business throughout the years really comes in handy when running into issues. Renee is a 11/10 in the realtor world. Best in the business and I wouldn't even consider working with anyone else in the future. Buying a house is stressful but it's good to know that you can count on someone like Renee Heintz to help lighten the burden. Overall experience was a positive one because I had such a great realtor to lean on.
