As a working mother and grandmother, I understand how important my family is to me and I treat my clients like my family. For years I worked managing a landmark family owned and operated Westchester restaurant. I use that experience of courteous and caring service today when dealing with my clients in real estate. Houses would be gone within a week of being on the market and would go over the asking price by tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. Despite what felt like a competition, Renee helped put our minds at ease. She was everything we wanted in a realtor during this hectic time. She was always on top of her game. She would send us listings that fit our needs as soon as they became available and we would sometimes see them that same day. She was an excellent negotiator and got us our dream house with water views for less than asking, which is completely unheard of in this market. As a first time homebuyer, Renee made sure to go over every aspect of the process with us and we were fortunate to have someone with her experience on our side.
