Buyer reviewReyn found us a great home. I remember the first time we worked with him. He said that my wife and I went to see the most homes in a day that he ever did. This second time we went through a lot as well and he was very patient with us and along the way, he understood what we were looking for and came to show us a place that was still in the process of being built. It turned out to be a home we saw ourselves in. It did not hit the market. With his help, we were able to lock in on a agreement to purchase the home. We appreciate his commitment to us and constant communication.

Seller reviewI put off selling the property since I live out of state and had no clue as to how to go about a long distance sale. I chose Reyn because he sent me postcards occasionally for about 2 years, indicating he was available should I decide to sell. His indirect way of keeping his name in my thoughts was effective for me. When I decided to sell, he was extremely efficient and helpful in helping the sale along. We had to conduct business via email, and he was very quick to respond with information and answer any questions when I asked. Trusting that he would continue to do an excellent job, I have enlisted him to try and sell some less desirable property, southeast of Hilo. It would be the first time that I have considered selling the lots, but I trust that Reyn will do his utmost to bring that sale to conclusion.
