Having multiple family members who have served in the military I know that these values are highly regarded by service men and women. He helped us get the house listed at a price not only suitable to our buyer, but suitable for us. We received a full-price offer. I enjoyed working with Rich because he was NOT pushy and totally in my corner. He also provided names of contractors for when we needed final touches on the buyer requests. He was also extremely flexible when we changed our home requirements many times. It didn't seem to bother him when we asked to see the same property over and over again.
