Buyer reviewRich was very respectful and made it easy. With his experience he pointed out stuff in property's that I would have over looked. He always responded within minutes and as soon as I wanted to make an offer on a property he would be right on it and have the offer ready to sign in a quick notice. Even if he was in traverse city, California, and even Florida. This was my first house and rich helped me every step of the way when I had no clue what I was doing. I listened to him and rich walked me every step of the way. Rich has a lot of experience in the field and knows a lot of other realtors. Which helped a lot when I had a question about a property he would reach out to them and usually find out very fast. I definitely recommend rich. I couldn't have asked for more help when it came to buying a house.

Seller reviewRich was with me the whole way, I love to know whats going on and the steps we are taking and he made sure to communicate everything he could think of and over achieved in many areas on expectations. He is a wonderful human being and does his best to take care of his people. He's always improving, going to event and keeping up to date on his profession. It was easy to talk with him and he was there every time I needed him. Our buyer was tough to work with and i'm sure if I had any other realtor I would've been stressed. Not only him but his team at CENTURY 21 are great people. They are their for each other and have a great family feel to them. I can't thank Rich enough for all the work he put into this sale.
