He grew up on the Minocqua Chain & relocated to Presque Isle 20 years ago. A Lakeland High School graduate, including 3 generations of Lakeland Alums. His education includes a BFA from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. In addition, he was head wrestling coach for the Lakeland wrestling team & involved with the Lakeland wrestling program for 12 years. His experience includes 42 years of owning & managing Vilas Title Service & participated in over 50,000 real estate transactions in Vilas & Oneida Counties during that time. His interests include being an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, recreational water enthusiast, kayaking, canoeing, and downhill skiing. Even though Rick was representing the seller for a property we were intersted in, we could not have felt more at ease. He started off getting to know us, knowledeably guided us though inspecting the property and creating the offer to purchase. Seller reviewAs a man one few words. If I had to sell any property or purchase any. Rick will be my go to guy. He stuck with me instead of ditching me like some in the northwoods. Helped me with the VA, inspections, and the closing of the land that I previously owned. Closing on that land took only two weeks i think. He is on the ball on notifying me whether through email or text. I couldn't recommend him more.
