Rick Foster is professional, knowledgeable, explained every detail of selling my house and ensured I understood everything. He personally sat with me and was always available, coming over or calling every day of the process. Rick Foster is a kind and good person, he made sure I was doing okay everyday because selling my house of over 18 years is a stressful time, and Rick made sure I was okay. Rick is one of the most honest man I have ever met. My son, Steve, has worked with Rick 3 times in the past, buying his first house, selling a house, buying a new house, selling his inlaws a house. Steve said he trusted Rick 100% to be honest and helpful to me, an older woman, and Steve said Rick is the most honest and excellent realator in this area! Rick, due to his hard work, sold my house in a few days, for 24 k over asking price. Rick is awesome, he is the BEST there is! Rick is the best realator ever!
