I received my real estate license when I was 18 years old and my brokers license when I was 26 years old, that's currently 40 years holding a real estate license. I have the passion to work with Buyers and Sellers and to help them make their Real Estate Transaction to be as smooth and seemless as posible. I believe by communicating with them and make sure they know what is happening every step of the way they will be happy at the end of every closing whether if they are buying or selling .

Seller reviewBoth my sister and I live out of state which made selecting a broker a more difficult process. We had previously attempted to sell this property but had received little interest and absolutely no offers. Robert "Bob" Ganey worked with us to establish a more realist price based upon his knowledge and experience in selling similar properties in the area. We received two offers and accepted the offer that matched our asking price. Not only did Bob get us an equitable selling price, he also referred us to an attorney to handle all of the requirements to facilitate a timely closing. My only regret is that we did not go with Bob earlier.
