Buyer reviewRon showed me so many houses that I was afraid he was getting irritated with me but he was very patient and always trying to find more houses that I might like. I am pretty picky since I grew up a contractors kid, so finding the right house was challenging to say the least. Ron was always available or got back with me in a timely fashion. Ron met me on my time schedule not his. He even spent an entire Saturday with me showing me a number of houses from one side of Warren County to the other side of Warren County. The house that I purchased was not even on my list and Ron thought I would like it and asked if we could go look at it since we were in the area. He was right and it was a perfect fit.

It took three trips from Marblehead to Bowling Green for me to find and finally close on a property that fits my goals. Ron Cummings was an invaluable resource and extremely helpful every step of the challenge and continues to be. Ron was the first Kentuckian I met, and I now consider him a friend. What better accolade is there? He went above and beyond my expectations, took a sincere interest in satisfying my goals (which, with me flying blind from long distance, wasn't always easy). He made me feel very welcome to the area and went out of his way to make me comfortable during my exploration.
