Seller reviewMr Carter listened to our thoughts on the sell of the property and answered our questions to make sure we understood the plan in advertising and selling our property..He was always quick to respond to our calls and kept us informed on when the property was being shown and when possible gave us the potential buyers thoughts after being shown the property...His firm gave us monthly print outs of the people that had viewed our property via the internet site. We feel that he did a good job of working with us in setting the sell price and gave us comparisons in the area to help us arrive at the price....Mr Carter was very helpful in helping us prepare our property for sell and worked close with us the entire time that the property was for sell to make any changes that were necessary...I have already recommended a friend that has just listed his house with Ronnie...It was a pleasure to work with Ronnie and we felt that he had our best interest at heart the entire period from listing, to selling, to closing...Always friendly but also very professional...

Seller reviewWe could not have sold our home without Ronnie. We interviewed three brokers in the area. We felt Ronnie was the most knowledgeable and that he would be the most involved - not passing us off to junior staff once we signed the papers. Boy were our instincts correct. Ronnie handled our sale, personally, the entire time. More than that, he helped us get the house ready for sale (organizing contractors and helping ensure their work was satisfactory). One week before we listed the home, the hurricane hit. THe interior of the home was not damaged. However, the entire roof had to be replaced. What a nightmare - but Ronnie was right there with us through it all helping us. We do not live in the community. We live out of state and we travel a lot. Ronnie was our eyes and ears on the ground. We cannot say enough good things about him. Weve sold many homes. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PARTNER LIKE RONNIE! HE'S SIMPLY SUPERB.
