Rose has the patience of a saint. We first looked at this property in January (I think, maybe December?) of last year. We came across the house before we were ready to sell the home we occupied. She was able to negotiate an extended contract to allow us the time needed to finish the remodel of our previous home, Then CoVid crashed into everyone's lives which had me extremely fearful for the successful sale of our previous home and the ability to finance this home with the markets twisted around.
