We had met Rosemary McGinn previously, when she showed us another property. We were impressed right away with her attitude and professionalism. So, when it came time to sell our home, she was the natural choice. We have friends and neighbors' relatives who are in the business, but we felt most confident and comfortable with her. Rosemary held a number of open houses for us. It was obvious that she was determined that our sale would be successful. Our home sale became complicated when the local Building Department made some time-consuming (and expensive) demands upon us. Rosemary stuck with us the whole trip. When the buyers' agent and their attorney (understandably) squawked about the delays, Rosemary took the brunt. That was a lot of aggravation she took for us. She made herself available to us immediately, and at any hour. She answered her phone consistently, and on the few occasions we needed to leave a voicemail, she returned our calls within minutes. We can't imagine a Real Estate sales professional doing a better job than Rosemary did for us, and if we had the whole thing to do over again, there isn't anything we'd change. We would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation. She's a pro, and a great lady.

Rosemary was knowledgeable and saw tbe deal tbrough from beginning to the end. She made sure all the players were acountable with their timing and comittments to scheduled closing date.

She just happened to be the agent that showed us a home we were interested in and we just continued our quest with her because we liked that she was very knowledgeable in the area and she understood what we were looking for.
