There were several stresses with the 30 day loan deadline but Roxane helped me get through each hurdle with continuous support. Roxane always took the time to explain when I was unfamiliar with the language and she stayed in close contact with the mortgage broker. That was very helpful to me.

Buyer reviewI am about to move into a charming Lake of the Pines home and I really do credit Roxane Schepens 100% with this outcome. She supported me all through the process of hunting for a home in LOP and then made the purchase process really easy. The circumstances were challenging because of the Covid quarantine. No real estate transaction is without complications , but I think my purchase of this new home comes close to perfect. Roxane was always available to answer questions, guide me and help. I didn't do much to facilitate the sale besides sign electronic agreements! She saw that all the necessary inspections were completed and really, handled most of the due diligence required of the buyer. That made it pretty easy for me! She shared in my happiness at having completed the sale and did so much to make the sale possible. If you are looking for a friendly, capable and accessible support in your home purchasing process, I can't think of anyone who could be better as your real estate agent than Roxane Schepens.
