Buyer reviewWe were so impressed with Russ from start to finish - he went above and far beyond. I hope we don't ever move again, as we built our dream house, but we will recommend him to anyone and everyone we know! Russ attended every meeting with us and the builder and asked questions and raised concerns that we would have never thought of. He made sure to follow up on each and every detail with the sales manager and builder multiple times if necessary. He was with us throughout the entire process and we definitely could not have done it without him! Russ was professional, friendly, and prompt in all communications! I would and will recommend Russ over and over again!

Having never worked with a realtor before I wasn't sure what to expect but he went far beyond what I thought would be a normal interaction, because he really cared about finding the right home for me and my family. Russ was able to make appointments happen quickly, was always there on time and had info ready to share with me about the property. He answered calls in the evening and on weekends and was incredibly accommodating. If he felt off about the house he was willing to share his true opinion and I liked having some honest feedback. In addition to that, Russ was fast, diligent, and wise when it came to negotiations in this sellers market. I was lucky to have him and his knowledge. I will be highly recommending Russ to any one who is looking for a new home and a solid trustworthy realtor.

Seller reviewRuss was great to work with. There are many positive accolades I could say but I'll keep it short and just say Russ is a professional at his job. He was excellent in helping meet our needs to help us sell our property. We needed a lot of work done to the house and he knew several people that could do the work for us. We had to do plumbing, roofing, foundation, drywall and paint. All of these people he broght in were extermely professional and did excellent work.
