If I could leave 10 stars, I would. We are so grateful for Ryan and this entire experience from start to finish. As everyone knows, this market is quite competitive for buyers. Adding on to that, me and my partner have total opposite ideas of what we were looking for in a home. This never once phased Ryan. He was able to guide us through what we both really wanted and on what we could compromise on. We had put down a total of 4 offers, before finally getting our 5th (and favorite) offer accepted. All this to emphasize, that each of the 4 times when we felt defeated, Ryan never let us give up hope. He was always there for words of encouragement and reminded us "what is meant to be, will be. Do not force it. Your time is coming!" He could not have been more right. Ryan was our champion through this entire process. We never had to follow up on any of the third parties, as he handled everything. This helped us remain our focus on moving, and eliminating all other stressors. You could not ask for a better agent. Whatever we needed, no matter the time of the day, Ryan was there. Thank you again for making this process so memorable, we could not be happier!!!
