Seller reviewRyan took a difficult situation and I came out very well. I had bought this property at auction and rented it out with intend of selling it at a latter date. We had to evict the tenant and she stole everything on her way out and vandalized the property significantly. I was knee deep in another property and just need to move this property and break even. Ryan stepped up , found and investor and I made 8k. Wow situation gone bad and Ryan got me such great results.
