Buyer reviewHad a very positive first meeting and initial home tour with Ryan - he quickly understood our specific needs and timing for purchasing our home. Ryan is very detailed focused and worked with us on multiple trip to view a wide variety of homes and settings. He quickly handled all offers and cancellations and was extremely accessible during all phase of home searches / visits and contract-closing aspects. Handled all issues in a courteous and professional manner. Again - his skills and performance are exceptional dealing with clients, especially handling long-distance clients to arrange the logistics to optimize the home search time, and then working thru the contractual and closing issues. Even with his high workload Ryan always had time to return a call / email or text promptly and explain issues / next steps as they arose. Overall a strong asset for Century 21.

Seller reviewRyan is the best realtor we have ever worked with and this is not our first house sale. We were treated like family and would be on instant text or phone basis. His marketing plan for the house exceptional and brought results. The house was not perfect but he showed buyers the positives and the what could be with some elbow grease. His initiative to sell our property was instant and full steam. He was always available and pushed on with the showings and getting our house to the public eye. Ryan always had our best interests at heart. Ryan is very friendly, great at his job and we will keep in touch. I asked Ryan if we list our primary residence 50 miles away in the future he said no problem he would still do the showings. Your office is blessed to have Ryan and we had never heard about him or met him before listing with your company. Many many thanks on our house sale!
