ryan hazelton called me as i was waiting for a response from another real estate company nearby. the other broker was elderly and did not return texts or calls so ryan suggested he give me an estimate. he arrived within 20 minutes of our conversation. he was always very professional and courteous. excellent at his job. i saw his other homes for sale, etc. he was worth every penny. so helpful. always returned all calls and texts. i was a difficult customer and he is amazing at his job. ryan always got back to me almost immediately even if he was very busy. it was as if i had my own personal realtor. i had gotten sick for a few weeks and he was so caring. i didn't want to inconvenience him but he was so patient and kind. his kindness mattered to me since i am an older woman who lived alone. all my family lives out of state. ryan showed the house alot but it was not in best neighborhood was the response of viewers. he had an excellent photographer so the pics were professional. he was very calm no matter what was going on with the closing etc. one closing fell through two days prior due to buyer, not due to realtor. ryan was very supportive and encouraging. i really appreciate all his hard work and dedication. i would use him if i sell my next home.i'm undecided if i'll just stay there once its remodeled. ryan made the difficult and stressful experience of selling my home a much more bearable and pleasant one. he makes the world a better place. :)

Ryan Hazelton was as professional as could be positive and helpful at all times. Could not ask for a better dealings with a realtor!! If I ever need a realtor in the future I will call him first!!
