Buyer reviewRyan was timely with responses. Always available for an obscure question I had and often answered then before I was able to ask them. He let me know about local grants that would help for houses I was looking at in the menasha area. He would also point out potential areas of concern when looking at houses and the different types of remedies available to correct them. Before working with Ryan I had a pretty negative opinion of realtors as a profession, but after working with him I learned what kind of service I should have been getting all along.

He stayed in communication with our builder the entire time. He was able to explain the process and answer any questions we had. Without Ryan we would not have had the experience we did. A top notch individual for sure. I would not only recommend him to anyone home shopping, but I hope to have him for any purchases I make in the future. Ryan was there for us anytime of the day or night. He kept us on track for our milestones and all paperwork was handled promptly. I honesty feel that he never stopped working on our home purchase from start to finish. I only dealt with one other person to drop off escrow check. They were very polite and pleasant. We plan on purchasing additional homes for investment as well as our primary home in the future. I will not have any other agent work with us other than Ryan Paul.
