Buyer reviewVery knowledge of locations of properties within the city of Bismarck and in finding housing suitable for an elderly couple that needed to be in a one level home within an association as they no longer can take care of a yard and snow removal and with easy access to medical and shopping. He was very good in keeping us updated as things progressed and he came to the final closing with us. Excellent realtor. No complaints. Very pleased. He was able to answer any questions we had in a timely manner.

I had dealings with another realtor in Bismarck that I felt took advantage of an older woman that I purchased a home from and decided not to give her my business again. I choose to work with Ryan because I find that he is very ethical, attentive and has great character.

Seller reviewRyan Wolf is a very knowledgeable and friendly realtor. He does a fantastic job of advertising the property and coming up with a selling price for the location of the property. He keeps the seller informed of market changes in the area. He is easy to work with and always answers any questions a seller may have. He had no problem taking care of all the closing documents with the title company. Well pleased with our experience with him finding a property for us here in Bismarck to purchase and selling our home in Hazen.
