Sabrina Westenbarger developed a plan for selling my home. This plan was successful and resulted in the sale of my home despite there being numerous challenges, We were in the midst of a pandemic, the home was occupied by tenants, one of which was recovering from an automobile accident. The home was older and needed a new roof and other repairs. Yet her plan for selling could not have been better. She coordinated the repairs, helped to involve the buyers in selecting roofing colors as materials, and probably most importantly worked with the tenant to achieve an approach for showing the home that would be the least intrusive to them and show the utmost respect to their privacy and well being. This was highly appreciated and would only come from a genuinely caring person. Sabrina exceeded all expectations as a person, Realtor, and professional. In addition to all of this, and while I was in no rush to sell, Sabrina had my house under contract within a week of listing and sold with a new roof and all repairs completed within five weeks, at list price. She suggested the list price when we first met by phone. I did not think the house would sell for the list price, but that she was able to do so is a testament to Sabrina's expertise as a Realtor.
