Wanted someone I knew that I could communicate with.Sachu is someone who thinks ahead and might see a potential problem before someone else.She responds promptly to calls and had no issue answering my questions.I value her opinion highly.

This was an easiest escrow we have closed and I attribute that primarily to Sachu's expertise and let's-just-get-it-done kind of attitude. It is such a pleasant change from other professionals that present more problems than solutions. This was a challenge for Sachu because there were three sellers in three different locations. But she did a terrific job coordinating with everyone and still meeting the tight escrow closing timeframe. The other staff members that helped were also wonderful including Kendra and the escrow office.

It was a pleasure working with Sachu. She handled every aspect of the sale of my property. Excellent communication through text and email. She was always updating the status of the property and giving great advise. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested is selling or buying a home.
