Buyer reviewIn couple of meetings me and my wife were impressed with her calmness and her willingness to help us in finding the right home for our family. As a first time buyer we felt that she was the bacon for all the source of information that we were looking for and it helped us to shortlist the homes and later finalize the "Home". Sailaja Bommasani is very polite and very well connected and best communicator and above all her patience and friendly nature won our heart. She is smart and best in handling tough situations that may cause deal to go south.

Buyer reviewWe are so happy that coincidentally Saila and us found each other at an outdoor promotional event. We are noobs in this area considering this is our first house purchase. Saila has been very patient and insightful throughout many of our open house visits (We have been very very picky to be honest :) ). We have to appreciate the fact that Saila's knowledge and experience in house appraisal is commendable. Every single time, when we lost on offer, we told to ourselves if only we had gone with Saila's offer price :( which felt fair later. Then we entered Seller's market and we almost gave up on house hunt, but Saila was relentless, knowing our requirements and limitations, still kept the connection with us and continued to help us with the search even though we went into passive mode.
