Seller reviewWhen we contacted Sally about the cabin, she came to meet us right away and took pictures and they were posted within a couple of days. We got reports regarding the views on the website and the visits to the cabin. We knew she was very involved. Sally recommended taking the cabin off the market during the fires. She said it would appear to be on the market longer than it should be. We wouldn't have thought of that. The area is always closed during the winter so it was kept off the market all winter. A buyer who knew about the cabin came forward before it went back on the market and Sally contacted us. We were very pleased with the service that Sally provided and would absolutely recommend her to our friends and family.

Seller reviewSally listened to me. Answered all my questions. Presented me with all my options and thoroughly explained the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Our communication was ideal. She did her research and knew the real estate market and which way it was trending, which allowed me to price my house accordingly and maximize the net on the sale of my home. I don't think there is a realestate agent alive that could do a better job than Sally did. I've sold eight properties in my life time and this sale by far was the most professionally handled. Every recommendation Sally made was made with my best interests in mind, in regard to both net profit and my convenience. I had no idea how poorly other agent I used performed until my experience with Sally. She truly represented my interests and not her own. I unconditionally recommend her. I'll never use anyone else.
