Samer moved to Tampa, Fl after being born and raised in Brooklyn, NY for 33 years of his life. Growing up in NYC, his goal was always to be a real estate entrepreneur after seeing the value in owning real estate. He started investing in the Tampa area over 20 years ago and the potential here is what made him decide to move down to this great city! For over 20 years he has been buying, selling, and flipping real estate. He is also a CPA, and this experience has given him the upper hand in being able to analyze and evaluate how to make sure any investment is profitable in commercial and residential properties.

Seller reviewSamer Samoury went above and beyond to sell our house. We had moved out of state and left the house as his responsibility even before the listing. He made the perfect recommendations for fixes, never tried to oversell anything to us. He kept us informed throughout the process and treated the sale like it was his own house. He had the right contacts to get repairs completed within a day and at very reasonable cost. His advice was spot on for where we should accept the buyers request and where it was ok to push back. There was a delay from the buyer due to finance, Samer called/texted us every day to keep us informed. He was very responsive with emails/phones/texts, made us feel like family.
