Seller reviewSam made buying and selling a smooth process. We did things a little backwards, we found a house we wanted to buy before ours was even on the market. Sam jumped right into the process and made sure he communicated with all parties to ensure our purchase and sale would close concurrent. He was always readily available and responded within minutes. He also was very knowledgeable about the process but would break it down in terms we could understand. We had a few hiccups at the end with the leader but he worked diligently and made sure we received keys on the date promised, even though we were still waiting on a document. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. From start to finish it took about 6 weeks from deciding to buy a new hone to moving in. We are so happy with our purchase and and the team we used for the process. Thank you Sam!!!
