We chose her because she knew the area that we were interested in buying, her quick availability to show us homes at a moments notice (which is needed in this market), and the fact that she knows about the emotional part of leaving a home after 18 years. Sandie listened to my needs and wants throughout the process and adapted search criterias as necessary. As first-time homebuyers, we were not sure what our "must-have" items were and Sandie was a great asset when navigating what is available and what we should look for in a home. Additionally, when other "wish list" items were added to our search, Sandie was quick to change our search criteria to meet our needs. Despite dealing with some personal issues during the course of our closing process, Sandie was extremely helpful, courteous, and respectful. Even when dealing remotely with last minute homebuying difficulties that arose at the end of our home buying process, Sandie was very accessible and helpful.
