Buyer reviewSandy Blankenship made this deal happen! Even though I'm in an earlier time zone, she typed the contract late at night at home, after leaving work, in order to submit it the next day. The urgency being the building was almost sold out & she didn't know if an offer had come in over the previous week end for one of the remaining few condos. Her buyer had purchased 2 but decided to keep just one, so I was able to buy that one. I would definitely recommend Sandy because she went over & beyond in her customer service regarding our transaction.
