Seller reviewThis house was very old (over 100 years) and had some challenging neighbors across the street. We were quite concerned about our ability to sell it. Sandy's staging and photography of the home created an enormous number of showings (42?) in a very short time. We received feedback from each showing where any was given. We were under contract very quickly, much to our relief.

First I called an agent we had met at a parade home and left a message, then I called the listing agent and left a message. Frustrated, I called my relative and got Sandy's number and called her. Sandy answered her phone, I gave her the information on the lot we were looking at and she immediately checked to see if it was still available. By the time the other agents called me back Sandy had our purchase of the lot well under way. Sandy even came to our closing to make sure everything went smoothly. We look forward to working with Sandy to sell our current home when we build our new home on the lot Sandy helped us purchase. Sandy is very friendly, knowledgable, and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
