Seller reviewSandy helped us sell our condo after another realty company failed to do so in one year. She got the best price for us considering the length of time the condo was on the market. There were always handouts in the condo (which our first realtor never had done) and she gave us feedback on our showings without being asked to do so. Sandy's performance was Excellent in all respects. She was professional in appearance and demeanor, always friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. It was a pleasure to work with someone of this high caliber. I would recommended her to anyone who is putting their home up for sale.

When we did find our perfect home, Sandy was outstanding throughout negotiations, helping us set a benchmark for market value, then setting out to attain an even better sale price for us. Finally, Sandy was remarkably patient walking us through the processes of assessments, inspections, and financing.
