Buyer reviewWe found Sandy's sign in a front yard of a random house we passed. From the first time we called her, she was so kind, understanding and patient with all the questions that we had being first time homebuyers. We slowly but surely starting texting Sandy every single night to set up showings which she promptly responded to and made work in her busy schedule. We found a few houses that we liked and put a few offers in but unfortunately did not get them in the first two months. We stayed positive and truly believe that everything happens for a reason. That's when we found the house that we got an accepted offer on and fell in love immediately with it. She walked us through the entire process of putting in an offer and making sure that it was a strong offer. Sandy also guided us through almost a 2.5 week delay on our closing which caused some panic naturally, but it all worked out in the end. Sandy kept us calm through the stress and tension of this crazy housing market! I would recommend Sandy for anyone buying a home in the Appleton area. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. Thank you for everything :)
