Buyer reviewWe love Sandy Dwyer! She is the best! She meets all these qualities of professionalism at the highest level and then some...can't say enough good things about her! I would highly recommend her to anyone! We have bought homes in 5 different states, and I can say without question, Sandy Dwyer is the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with! She was kind and considerate of our time, she paid attention to what we were looking for, she helped us avoid homes that weren't the best fit, she advised us about pricing, she pointed out local information that we weren't aware of, etc. And she was a great negotiator and a stickler for the details, especially when our sale on our other home fell through and our mortgage had to be redone and the closing delayed. She kept her head about her and kept moving forward with incredible poise and professionalism. She worked closely with all the parties involved to make sure nothing fell through the cracks, and there were a lot of cracks to avoid!

She was very easy to connect with and provided a seamless purchasing experience with simple quick directions. She worked late into the night to make sure everything was in order and submitted. There were no hidden surprises and she was very honest and understanding. Although we know she had many other clients we always felt as if we were the only ones and had her sole attention. We love our new home and would recommend Sandy to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Buyer reviewThis is the third time I've worked with Sandy Dwyer. She helped me purchase my first home and then she helped me sell it years later. I worked with Sandy again when purchasing my condo. Sandy is very caring and considerate. She went out of her way to make sure this purchase happened for me. She spoke with the seller's realtor and was able to come up with a solution when my loan process was delayed, and then denied. She referred me to a local lender, who did an excellent job at getting my mortgage approved. During my waiting period, she was in constant contact with me, updating me. She went above and beyond what a realtor should do. I could tell that my satisfaction was her main priority. When situations arouse, she took care of them in a very timely manner. There wasn't a problem that she couldn't solve! I will DEFINATELY be recommending Sandy to my family and friends.
