Seller reviewBegan working with Sandy Stoner 25-30 years ago when we purchased our 2nd Chico investment property. During that time Sandy represented us as buyers & sellers of single family, duplex & 4-plex properties, ranging from new, existing & 100 year old properties. Over time we'd sell & buy up or purchase other properties in Redmond, OR. 1654 East Ave was our last Chico property. Sandy did an amazing job working with the buyer & our Redmond team to ensure a 1031 Exchange occurred. We closed Chico last Friday 10/10/25 & closed Redmond a week later Friday 10/17/25. Couldn't be happier with Sandy's counsel & service over the years. Thank you Sandy, it was a great run!
