Sara is native to New York, having been born in Rochester NY. She grew up in Vermont where she received her bachelors in History from the College of St Josephs. She is a mother of two adult children and wife. She enjoys spending her time with her family, riding horses and painting. She is classically trained artist specializing in folk art.
She has been in real estate for close to 10 years, first as an assistant to our broker in 2013 and then obtaining her own real estate license in 2014. She furthered her career by becoming our associate broker and office manager in 2016. She has been a top producing agent for over 6 years with several awards including, Centurion (2021). Diamond (2022) and multiple years of Ruby awards. She is a member of the Historical National Honor Society, Phi Alpha Theta since 2012. She is committed to providing quality, integrity and honest to all her buyers and sellers. She has over 15 years of experience in Marketing and over 20 years in sales experience. She was brought up in sales, steaming from a family business. She and her parents have owned and operated Nutting House Antiques for over 30 years. Real Estate is also in her blood, with her maternal grandmother having been a broker in Western New York for over 15 years.
She has been an active member of her community helping with the Elks food drive, substitute teaching, and volunteering for Ticonderoga school district, coaching youth softball and many national charities as well. She also enjoys power lifting and working out to better her health and well being.
