Sara Mitchell is the MVP of real estate! Century 21 was excellent when it came to showings and the available technology to confirm or decline showings. We had a very bad experience previously to being referred to Sara, when it came to showings. Sometimes showings were not confirmed, agents would show up to our house hours prior to the scheduled showing, they did not respect our wishes of at least 2 hours notice and our old agent simply did not care. When we switched to Sara, the Century 21 team made sure our requirements for showings were always kept and honored. We would receive both a notification on our phones to accept or decline the showing as well as phone call to confirm as well. Feedback was easily viewable through the great app available to us.
