Buyer reviewWe recently purchased our dream, family home with the immense help from Sarah Boyer and we wouldn't have wanted anyone else for our family. We first started working with Sarah a few years ago in 2020 when we first started thinking of buying a home. It wasn't the right time for us back then but she was so patient and kind that we knew then that we wanted to work with her again once we were ready. When we finished signing for our new home I was so excited but also very sad because I knew that I wouldn't be seeing her as often anymore. We highly recommend Sarah to anyone and everyone we meet. She's professional, thorough, tough negotiator (when need be), easy going and so much fun to be around.

The house sold very quickly and she helped price it for even more than I was expecting! Will for sure use her when I go to buy my next house!

Buyer reviewWe chose Sarah because she knew our area. Did we ever make the right decision. She's outstanding! First we could relate as we are both vets. She was basically available 24/7 to answer questions. Whenever I asked if we needed to do something she said that she already did it; always one step ahead of us. Distance to the new house (80 miles round trip) was never an issue with her. I haven't bought a house in 25 years and a lot has changed. Sarah helped us along the whole (new) process. From showing to closing it was only 31 days. We could have closed 2 weeks earlier but the sellers were not ready. I would whole heartedly recommend Sarah to family, friends or anyone.

She always picked up the phone when I called and always respond quickly to texts and emails. She also explained things quickly and clearly, and I appreciated her candidness. When viewing homes, I felt that she always gave an honest opinion, as if she were considering the home for herself. She never pressured us in any way and was flexible and accommodating with her schedule. I never knew buying a home could be this easy. I will absolutely use Sarah again for my next move, and would recommend her to anyone I know.
