Buyer reviewWorking with Sarah was great. Being new to Texas, Sarah provided extensive local knowledge of ideal neighborhoods based off our needs. She was very accommodating to showing us houses (especially my first visit when we weren't 100% sure we would be moving to the area) and if she wasn't available, she was able to find an alternate realtor to take us. Sarah's ability to negotiate with builders is unmatched as she was able to negotiate us two great contracts that covered all of closing costs. Even with us backing out of our first contract, Sarah was able to get our full deposit back! We really enjoyed working with her and high recommend her to anyone local or moving to the area.

Seller reviewThere is no other realtor in the Ft. Worth area that I had rather work with than Sarah Lyons. We have worked with her on multiple occasions and she has always been professional, communicative, and "spot on" with whatever our needs were whether we are buying, selling and just had questions about the market in our area. We have never been anything other than thrilled with the job that Sarah does. There is no surprise to us that she is one of Judge Fite's Century 21 top performers. Simply stated, she knows what she is doing and always gets the job done well!
