Sarah did an excellent job feeling out what we were looking for and finding the right house for us to get in and take a look at. We had a general idea and ended up with a solid selection of houses to see. She worked within our quick timeline of 2 days to be able to find and schedule showing to see the properties we were looking for. Over all being able to jump through 14 houses in 2 days was perfect with the way she scheduled it. After we decided she worked with us on the contract and execution with precision and it turned out to be a quick and pleasant experience.

I was comforted knowing she had our best interest in mind, and I never felt rushed into a decision. When we found a home to put a bid on, Sarah guided us through submitting our offer and made sure we felt confident in our understanding of every paper we signed. She handled all of the communications between ourselves, the sellers, the title company, and made sure everyone was on the same page for what was needed, when, from whom during closing. Not only did she help us find and secure a home, she provided great recommendations for other vendors we needed, like a mortgage lender, a home inspector, and a moving company!
