Seller reviewThe property owner passed away and the family came in from across the country and had less than a week to complete the funeral service and prep and list the property for sale. It was late on a Friday when we called into the office for a broker. Sarah was willing to come to see the house within hours and on a Friday night. She was awesome! Sarah went above and beyond, including getting a second opinion estimate regarding an electrical issue that was found during inspection by a buyer. She consistently did more than expected and was very helpful.

What made me want to keep dealing with her was how approachable she was, friendly, and very patient. As you know, clients can be slow going at times when it comes to making an important decision. I am am especially grateful that during the closing part of this process, Sarah was right next to me and answered all of my questions. Since I was a little bit nervous toward the closing, she made me feel at ease when I had to sign sooooooo many papers. I am very happy with the home that I have purchased and if I ever have the desire to sell this place, she will be the one who I will look to for help and will trust her to put everything in the right direction. Recommendation for Sarah Mehrab? ABSOLUTELY!!!
